Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

Secure Packaging

Carefully pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging with all protective inserts to prevent damage during transit.

Affix Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed.

Refund Processing

Once our warehouse inspects the returned home goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
